I’ve spent 20 years as a brand and creative director, leading teams inside Fortune 500's and Silicon Valley startups. For the past 8, I’ve been running my own creative agency, Lumina Creative.

By 2022, I had scaled Lumina to multiple 7 figures, a team of 26, and was managing up to 65 clients at once. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I was burned out, disconnected and overwhelmed.

I had built a money-making machine... and had zero desire to manage it. Turns out, it wasn’t a competence problem. It was an alignment problem.

I realized I didn’t want the version of success I had built. High revenue meant high overhead, high stress, and lower margins. I was running a business that didn’t reflect my values, energy or vision.
