Jim will support the technical side, helping you use tools like Claude, Replit, workflows and AI-assisted build systems to execute faster and ship something real.

- a content, customer support or backend AI assistant

Anna will support the strategic side, helping you identify where AI creates the most leverage so you’re solving a real bottleneck, not building random tech for fun.

Jim Carter III is an AI consultant and systems architect with 25+ years of tech experience and a Fortune 15 operator background. He’s worked with brands and founders including Tony Robbins, Lewis Howes, Jay Shetty, Brendon Burchard and many more, helping implement AI systems, workflow automations, custom agents and scalable infrastructure behind high-growth businesses. Jim bridges the gap between AI theory and practical execution, helping founders build systems that create real operational leverage instead of more complexity.
Together, we’re combining strategic business thinking with practical AI implementation so people can stop watching tutorials and start building.

THE DAY WORK?
The room is intentionally small, capped at 25 people total.
You’ll choose a project flow before the event and be seated in collaborative pods with people building similar things.
Throughout the day we’ll rotate between:
