How do I organize it for you
to use?

Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our discovery forms, which will walk you through everything you need (including: Business Overview, Branding, Web Aesthetics, Copywriting, and Tech Specs)

I don’t know how to use an
online builder.
Where do I
begin?

Our team builds the foundations of your entire website, uploads it into your Kajabi or WordPress account, and gets it ready for launch. 

If you ever want to customize a section of your website, you can reference the tutorials included with your launch.

How much time will this
take me?

Once you sign up, you will get instant access to select your brand kit, website template and complete your discovery forms. We recommend setting aside 1-2 hours to fill out the discovery forms and 2-3 hours (per page) for DIY copywriting. 

Your strategy call will be 30 to 60 minutes long (depending on your package), and you may spend some time before your call chatting with your designer on Slack. 

How soon will my website
be launched?

Our semi-custom package serves clients on a first-come, first-serve basis. After you sign up, you will get instant access to select your brand kit, website template and complete your discovery forms. The sooner you complete your forms, the sooner you can book your strategy call. Once you have your call, your website will be ready for review in just 24 to 48 hours.

If I go with Kajabi, which
Kajabi plan do I need?

Any Kajabi plan will work with our templates.

How custom will my new
website be?

We implement your new brand identity and custom web copy into your template and make slight edits in CSS to ensure the flow of your site is pixel-perfect, but we do not design brand new sections or redesign the template from scratch.

Will you show me how to
customize my
website in
the future?

Yes! In the future, if you want to customize your website, you can easily reference the tutorials our team will include with your launch.

Can you add new sections
to my site that
don’t exist in
the template?

Although we can duplicate/remove sections and make slight edits in CSS to ensure the flow of your site is pixel-perfect, we do not design brand new sections or redesign the template from scratch.

I’m not sure which website
template to
choose, how do
I pick?

All of our website templates convert no matter your niche. However, we recommend choosing the template you feel most aligned with the overall design and aesthetic vibe. 

Remember, customize the template with your photos, colors, fonts, and words. So it will look on-brand and uniquely you for your launch.

What if I get stuck on what
words to
write on my
website?

Not good with words? Not a problem! Simply follow our copy prompts to craft the perfect website copy.

We also offer a COPYWRITING ADD-ON, where our expert sales copywriters will write your copy for you! You can get more information on this during the discovery process.

Do I need professional
photos?

We recommend high-quality and high-resolution photos for any website. 

And, what about setting up
my checkout
flow / tech?

Our program covers the design and implementation of the designated pages, NOT checkout pages or setup of extraneous pages.
