  • Somatic Breathwork Journey - a revolutionary breathwork modality that's aimed to get you out of your thinking mind, and into your body.

    The process involves the harmonious blend of circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, which together facilitate emotional catharsis.

  • Tummo Breath Technique - Often called "Breath Of Fire", the goal of this practice is to raise the body's internal temperature and increase focus and cognitive performance.

    Think of the Tummo practice as a way to prime yourself before an activity - both physical and mental, a way to reduce acute stress, and also an opportunity to find grounded presence in your life. Want to get hyped about your next step? Start here.

  • Cold Exposure - The benefits of deliberate cold exposure are vast and layered. Cold water immersion can help bolster immune system function, enhance peripheral circulation, and even burn calories.

    More than just the physiological, there are a plethora of psychological benefits as well. These include stress reduction, mood improvement with an increase in dopamine and other neurotransmitters. But, more than anything getting cold provides an incredible opportunity to do something challenging and gain all the mental benefits of navigating something hard.

Ben Smith is an integrative wellness coach, entrepreneur, army veteran and mental health advocate. 

He currently works with high-performing creatives and founders to develop sustainable wellness practices which serve their life and work. 

Through his own personal self healing journey and in working with clients of all backgrounds, he’s learned the important role of presence, gratitude, and self-confidence in a complete and fulfilled existence. 

Anna Nassery is the founder and CEO of Lumina Creative, a market-leading creative agency, and a consultant for female powerhouses. 

Over the last ten years of her professional career, she’s dealt with burnout and health conditions as a byproduct. Five years ago, she discovered breathwork and cold immersion, which literally changed her life. She has since become certified in somatics so she can remind others about the intelligence of their own bodies to spark their own healing.
